The SCCS will sing carols at the lighting of the Mooloolaba Christmas tree. This is the Council's official start to the Festive Season.

The Choir will be singing traditional carols from around the world, including some from Australia and New Zealand. The choir will be introducing Charpentier's Christmas Mass to Sunshine Coast audiences. This charming work has the text of the mass set to ten traditional French Carols. Written circa 1690 Charpentier incorporated many Italian baroque techniques into the work.
